It has been way to long with no posts. Been very quiet over the past 8 years to make sure I did not upset the powers in place. It appears now and in the past, that any criticism of anything related to the Obama presidency yielded immediate condemnation as racist. This was regardless of what was being questioned or criticized. He cant leave to fast for my taste.
A few words my fellow Jewish sheep of the Democratic party. What has the past 8 years done for you?? You who voted for him and for Hillary in blind allegiance to what I do not know, are the cause of what is occurring now. To disavow Israel and stab it in the back after decades of cooperation is despicable! And now we wait breathlessly for that Viet Nam veteran scum Kerry to give some big speech on his/their version of what Israel should do about peace in their region. Last I checked, Israel is a sovereign nation and can make up its own mind as to what is best for their country and people. The Obama legacy (as bad as it is) in foreign affairs is a testament of what not to do. The arrogance to think that their ideas and demands should matter is absurd.
Speaking of arrogance, Obama thinks he could have won against Trump?? Dream on! President Elect Trump (love that ), was nominated and elected BECAUSE of you and your miserable way of governing over the past 8 years. That is also one of many reasons why crooked Hillary lost, she rode your coat tails, as did all the other Democrats that lost in all the other races.
As a last note for the day, good riddance to a really corrupt and miserable person, Harry Reid. Never have I witnessed such a liar with no remorse and no condemnation by his peers as this person. To continuously lie on the floor of the Senate, and admit to doing so, is beyond anything imaginable. He should have been censured after the speeches about Mitt Romney, if not decades before that. His departure is about 28 yrs. to late.

current affairs
I just cant help but shake my head when reading or listening to Charlie Rangle . Never could stand to listen to his arrogant sound bites, and now it has caught up with him.
He is trying to claim that we should forgive and forget because he has been around for 40 years and of course he did no wrong in all those 40 yrs. These are "acts of omission", as he puts it. We are supposed to believe that "corruption and personal enrichment are certainly not part of my mistakes" . What a bunch of crap. misuse of his office for fundraising for the college center named after him-not personal gain?? campaign office in a subsidized residential-only apartment not personal gain?? misleading financial statements-not personal gain?? failure to pay taxes for 17 years on rental income-17 years!, not personal gain. He was head of the committee that oversaw tax legislation. He is an embarrassment to our government, let alone to the Democrat party. He should be removed from the House, and the fed needs to pursue him for the back taxes and penalties just as they would pursue you or me..
Your time has come Charlie-don't let the door hit you in the rear on the way out.

Health reform conference
Now I am watching hour three of the big health summit. Same old stuff nothing new. Boring beyond description. And because he is President, he can control the time allotted to speakers? That is very fair and bipartisan. Not to mention that the Dems look bored, and no wonder, they do not plan to include anything from the Republicans when it is all over. Any Republican that would vote for this farce of a bill should be run out of office. How can they discuss insurance reform and not have anyone from one of the health insurance companies or from the insurance industry available to explain the process-Secty Sebelius was a former insurance commissioner? what is her track record in that position? Did she rule in favor of insurance companies requesting increases? If she did, why?
Job reform
Recently Joe Biden gave us all a reading on just how great the administrations plan was and how well it was working. Joe the numbers dont add up. Show me the numbers-where are the jobs being saved and/or started. What projects and numbers specifically. What happens when the project is over Joe? the job goes away. Time for updates
Where to begin is always the dilemma. So much has happened since last May, it gives one a headache. There is not enough time or space to go on about the Health Care situation other than to say, if it passes a lot of Dem. heads will roll and even if it does not pass, a lot of Dem heads will roll. Some are already out or on the way out.
Good by and good riddance Sen. Chris Dodd. I hope you take others with you. He must be getting out because his ego and arrogance wont let him loose the next election. Especially when he knows that his opponents will surely bring up all the shady deals and corruption of his past years-mortgage loans, Irish houses, etc.
As an aside on the latest attack by the "isolated extremest", as incompetent as Michael Leitman appears to be as head of the National Counter-terrorism Center ( Connect the Dots Agency), we should be glad he took the 7 day vacation. Just think of what would have come from that office if here were there during all that time. Cant fault him, after all the boss (Pres. Obama) didn't interrupt his vacation for this minor little happening. Can we all say one term wonder!!
Has there ever been a time when we have had more inexperienced, incompetent, undeserving, crooked, set of czars and appointees? This is worse than the Carter years. Speaking of whom, now after all the years of kissing up to the trouble makers in the Middle East, he is now asking for forgiveness from Israel. What is up with that BS?
I thought that I had heard just about everything until I read the column in today's (Jan 8) USA Today by Julianne Malveaux. Never thought that I would hear that climate change is now a race issue. Did you know that Blacks cause less greenhouse gas (20% less according to her) BUT, bear the greater burden in terms of pollution & climate change. The impact of climate change falls most heavily on "people of color" because the reside in urban areas. Thank you Black Caucus. Just one more thing to keep us separate so you and the Sharptons and Jacksons can justify your feeble existence. What about all the whites and "people of non-color" that reside in urban areas??
Can Nancy Pelosi get any scarier?? Have you seen the latest sound bite from here when questioned about the lack of transparency in the current health bill buy offs? Her cackle is worse than Hillarys. Sure wish C-Span would force the camera issue through a law suit of some sort. Did I mention-bye bye Nancy, one can only hope. If not totally from the House, at least as speaker after the Nov. elections.
A word about conceal carry. It is legal, live with it!! The bad guys don't care about the laws, and it is always the innocent that get hurt.
And finally, I thought I had heard all of the worst, most damaging sound bites over the past tow or three years, but while I was watching a Nat Geo show on the Viet Nam war, they replayed the clip of Walter Cronkite stating that the war would at best would end in a stalemate. Of course the geniuses in Washington followed his so knowledgeable lead and began to pull out, slow down, run. Lets not listen to those on the ground doing the fighting, sound familiar here?
