Here is a thought-why doesn't the G-20, with all their wisdom, go have a meeting somewhere private, secret, or even say their going one place then show up at another. Every time they meet it is riot and demonstration, property damage, personal injury.
Barney Frank once again takes moron status: Now he is blaming Bush again for the AIG/ Bank problems that he and his committee caused with their failure to over see. He also wants to have control of the every day worker wages in those companies that bail out money is given to. Then there is the President telling GM to get rid of their CEO. Whether he was good or bad is not the question here. What is the question is what constitutional authority gives government the right to dictate to private enterprise these types of decisions. Last I looked GM was a company run by a board of directors with share holders. It is those folks that should be making these decisions.
Looks like our rock star is not all that loved anymore now that reality has set in. Europe is not enamored with him any more. Change you can believe in-NOT: What was all that open up a dialog with the bad guys we will sit down at the table and talk with them b.s. The latest great idea failure was the overture to the Taliban. Their response "Taliban insurgents reject a U.S. offer of "honorable reconciliation," a top spokesman said on Wednesday, calling it a "lunatic idea" and saying the only way to end the war was to withdraw foreign troops. Gee no one saw that coming? Maybe Barney, Nancy and Harry could do better.

What is with all this PC crap. no more war on terror, it is now 'Overseas Contingency Operation", no more terrorist, man made disasters in place of terrorist attacks, and then there is L.A. with no more St Patrick Day-it is now potato day!!! Give me a break.
Good news, only about a year and a half until the next election cycle and we can rid our selves of these worthless congress persons. The Franks, Reids, Pelosi, Dodds should be removed at the first opportunity with fresh, un-corrupt individuals that want to do what is right not what is financial self motivating. And yet another potential nominee is tax challenged, will it never end.
